Marie is a true child of the internet, best known for her role as editor-in-chief of the digital catalog VOCES, where she leads interviews with international creatives—ranging from influencers and writers to artists and content creators. Her bilingual writing has appeared across Europe, North America, and Oceania, in publications such as Torrey House Press, Latina Media Co., Meniscus Literary Journal, Aster Lit, Lucky Jefferson, San Diego Poetry Annual, WILDSOUND International Poetry Festival (Toronto, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles), and elsewhere.

She is a two-time finalist for the Francisco Ruiz Udiel Latin American Poetry Prize (V and VI editions) from Valparaíso Ediciones, a Rotten Tomatoes certified critic, and a recipient of the 2024 Young Poets Scholarship awarded by the Gutiérrez Lozano Foundation.

Beyond the page, she has pursued extensive training in the arts, completing courses and workshops in journalistic poetry, cinematic photography, and short film scriptwriting.

In her editorial work she specializes in columns, cultural essays, digital collections and investigative features that blend cultural critique with memoir. Her writing explores how artistic expression serves as a compass through systems of patriarchy, displacement, and digital reinvention. Centering grassroots cultural production, she examines how independent creativity challenges elitism, expands access, and redefines contemporary understandings of art.

In 2025, she became a member of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadoras e Investigadores (SNII), recognized for her research trajectory in the arts.
